HIC is actively engaged across energy, agriculture, mining, and infrastructure initiatives spanning West Africa. These are the projects we are building, facilitating, and delivering right now.
HIC's most significant infrastructure initiative — developing scalable, rapidly deployable modular oil refineries across multiple West African nations to enable domestic crude processing and energy independence.
Africa currently exports the vast majority of its crude oil for refining abroad, then reimports refined petroleum products at significantly higher cost. This structural inefficiency costs African economies billions annually and creates chronic fuel supply vulnerabilities.
HIC's Modular Refinery Program addresses this directly — developing facilities that are scalable from 1,000 to 30,000 barrels per day, cost-effective to deploy, and able to be operational within 18–24 months of project commencement.
The program is structured to attract foreign direct investment, with clear revenue models, government offtake agreements, and long-term operational frameworks that deliver returns to investors while building lasting energy infrastructure for host nations.
These projects are live, funded, and actively managed by the HIC team on the ground.
These initiatives are in early-stage development, stakeholder engagement, or awaiting capital structuring to advance.
HIC welcomes inquiries from investors, operators, and government partners on all active and pipeline initiatives. Confidential project documentation available under NDA.
